NTC88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and NTC88 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ntc88.cam (the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through NTC88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any additional policies incorporated by reference — including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in your Account wallet at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, or bonuses credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required by NTC88, including submission of government-issued photo identification (such as a MyKad) and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Services" — all products, features, and content available through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming activity.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x).
• "Platform" — the website accessible at ntc88.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Applicable Law" — all laws, statutes, regulations, and guidelines applicable to the operation of the Platform under the relevant international licensing jurisdiction.

To register and maintain an Account on NTC88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. NTC88 strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21.
2. You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other party.
3. You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited under local law.
4. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended, restricted, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of NTC88 or any of its associated entities. Immediate family members of such persons are also ineligible.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and no court, regulatory, or legal order prevents you from doing so.

4.1  Single Account Policy. Each individual user may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. NTC88 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations.

4.2  Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.3  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. NTC88 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4  KYC Verification. NTC88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Required documents may include: a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), a recent selfie, and proof of ownership of any payment method used (e.g., a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot). Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may have withdrawal access restricted.

5.1  Accepted Payment Methods. NTC88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

5.3  Currency. All Account Balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). NTC88 does not apply currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt.

5.4  Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. NTC88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to restrict the associated Account pending investigation.

5.5  Deposit Crediting. NTC88 does not guarantee the immediate crediting of any deposit. Delays may occur due to processing timelines at the payment provider. NTC88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a delay in the crediting of a deposit where such delay is attributable to the payment provider.

6.1  Eligibility for Withdrawal. To successfully process a withdrawal, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus must be met in full; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits; and (d) your Account must be in good standing with no active investigation or restriction.

6.2  Withdrawal to Own Accounts. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on your NTC88 Account, or to a verified account following additional KYC review. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

6.3  Processing Times. Indicative processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow): typically 5–30 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfers (FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): same business day in most cases; up to 1 business day at peak times.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT): 15–60 minutes depending on network conditions.

These timelines are indicative only and are not guaranteed. NTC88 shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the receiving payment provider or banking institution.

6.4  Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

7.1  General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday rewards, VIP rewards, and any other promotional credits issued by NTC88 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. The specific multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x) and eligible game contributions will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; live casino and sports betting contribution rates may differ from slots.

7.3  Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.4  Abuse of Bonuses. NTC88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or any coordinated activity across multiple players.

7.5  VIP Programme. The NTC88 VIP Programme is governed by its own terms. Tier eligibility, cashback rates, and associated benefits are reviewed monthly based on verified wagering activity. NTC88 reserves the right to adjust, reclassify, or terminate VIP status at its sole discretion.

8.1  Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by NTC88. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification on the Platform. NTC88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in the display of incorrect odds.

8.2  Palpable Errors. Where odds are published due to a human error, system error, or data feed error resulting in clearly incorrect pricing, NTC88 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. Players who knowingly exploit such errors may have their Accounts suspended.

8.3  In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are subject to rapid price changes. A bet request does not guarantee the quoted price. NTC88 is not liable for any delay in confirmation during live events. All settled live bets are final once confirmed in the system.

8.4  Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: event abandonment, postponement beyond applicable rules, insufficient participants, technical failure affecting bet integrity, or any other circumstances at NTC88's reasonable discretion. Void bets are returned as stake credit.

8.5  Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-event and cumulative payout limits apply. Applicable limits are published in the platform help section and may vary by sport, market type, and bet size. Winnings exceeding applicable limits may be capped.

9.1  Game Fairness. All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure genuinely random outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return to the player and do not guarantee any individual result.

9.2  Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or slot game, the relevant game provider's disconnection policy will apply. NTC88 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

9.3  Game Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, bug, or game data error that produces an incorrect result, NTC88 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and restore Account Balances to their pre-game-round state. NTC88 shall not be obligated to honour payouts that result from demonstrable software errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identification during KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting manipulation.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or any strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts or damages the Platform's operation or reputation.

NTC88 reserves the right to take any of the following actions upon detecting prohibited conduct: immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, withholding of funds pending investigation, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities, and/or legal action.

11.1  Company-Initiated Closure. NTC88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where there is reason to believe that: the Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; the Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

11.2  Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before processing a closure, NTC88 will confirm any pending Bonus terms and outstanding Balance. Verified real-money Balances will be returned to your designated payment account following standard withdrawal processing. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11.3  Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons should follow the process outlined in our Responsible Gambling Policy. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately from standard account closure and carry specific obligations on both parties.

NTC88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide players with the following tools, accessible directly from Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

NTC88 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform, verifying user identity (KYC), processing transactions, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable regulatory obligations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored with industry-standard encryption and retained only for as long as necessary or required by applicable law.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and materials available on the Platform — including the NTC88 brand name and logo — are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of NTC88.

NTC88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to this Agreement.

15.1  To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, NTC88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

15.2  NTC88's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.3  NTC88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, or third-party system failures.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NTC88 holds its international operating licence, as applicable. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable licensing framework.

NTC88 operates under international online gaming licensing and does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian government authority. Malaysian players are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling activity under Malaysian law prior to registration.

NTC88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, NTC88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the Platform or by email to the address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated version of this Agreement constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
